PSG star Kylian Mbappe has donated £27,000 towards the search for Emiliano Sala's missing pilot David Ibbotson, according to reports.

The Sun reports that Mbappe donated anonymously under the name Ellie Lottin.

The Frenchman had previously contributed a similar sum to the search for Sala himself and has now supported a similar cause for his Mr. Ibbotson.

Authorities confirmed on Friday that a body found in the wreckage of a crashed plane was identified as missing Cardiff City player, Emiliano Sala.

Since then, tributes have poured in from the footballing world towards the 28-year-old's family.
